Chapter 1. Saturday night's alright for fighting/Get a little action in

"It was a dark and stormy night".

No- that's far too cliché.

"It was a glorious and crisp fall afternoon..." We're getting closer. Ah. How about "It was a glorious and crisp fall afternoon when I was suddenly born naked from a cocoon and knowing next to nothing about myself, and I have a brother named Genius"? Now THAT's a hell of a beginning for a story, wouldn't you agree? Especially considering that all of us have the same beginning here.

Hello to Edensphere. You can call me Derrick. I'm ready to begin writing my own new life story here, and I would be happy to hear yours.

I am a veritable BALL of cheese, man-twin.

Not sure that's something to be proud of but...NVM. I see you've made your "Magical Journal" of sharing work.

...It's kinda fascinating. Must be some really advanced tech 'cause it feels just like a normal book. lol

Hey, I know nothing else about myself to be proud of. Might as well take pride in being a cheeseball.

You know, I wonder if anybody knows how these things work?

Hey this is your big chance to start over! You know? Be less cheese and more meaty. Or chippy.

Hey do you think they have potato chips in this hippie commune? I have this weird craving for starches.

Ah, if everyone is as brilliant as Charger? Doubt it. We need to find the admins bro!

I'm not sure about potato chips. I heard tell there was a fire here recently, so we're on rations for the time being.

Yeah, there HAVE to be people here who are more intelligent and better with people than HE is. I wonder why he keeps at that job anyway?

[identity profile] man-genius.livejournal.com 2009-11-16 06:45 pm (UTC)(link)
Damn. A fire? With all this beautiful tech around? Who would want to burn it?

Why else do grown ups get a job? It pays a lot, has nekkid time, and he gets to look and feel important without compromising for his lack of a developed frontal lobe.

Search me. Nobody I've asked seems to know- if they even want to discuss it, anyway. Frankly, I can't blame them for not wanting to.

Come to think of it, that DOES sound pretty cushy.
