Chapter 3. Purple Haze

I want to know what the hell kind of drugs this place is on, and more importantly, where I can get some. First, dreams about silver trees and an orange sky on Saturday night, and- I think my brain made up something about the fire I've heard so much about and made me dream about THAT last night... til it turned into an ocean. I have no idea. Maybe my subconscious is trying to tell me something.

I am also hard at work on my first masterpiece. It will be a touching work that'll be sure to please everyone and leave them CLAMORING for my autograph. Can't say anything more than that, because what's the fun if I spoil the surprise? Of course, I need to perfect my masterful book-making technique first. I, ah, am still learning the ropes.

I'm sure I'll experience them sooner or later, then- whether or not I want to.

That's generally the way of the place, yeah.

The booze front is being worked on, since the bar's under repair. Should be up by the time you can actually hammer out a book.

Now, I can't speak for the owner, but he's an alright kind of guy. Pitch in with the rebuilding and/or remodeling efforts there and you may be able to swing some drink donations for yourself.
